With the success of EMLC2018 and industry correspondence since its conclusion, we are expecting an increase in attendance as well as early requests for exhibit space. However, one of the primary features of EMLC which was noted in all survey responses was the intimacy and boutique element of this program.
To ensure this continues, we will be limiting registration to 600 qualified attendees representing leadership from Federal, State, Tribal and Local emergency management as well as the private sector. All registration requests will be reviewed for qualifications prior to approval. We will also be limiting exhibit space to 35 10×10 booths, 10 table-top display opportunities, and 5 package sponsor options (1 Title, 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 PODS).
PLEASE NOTE: EMLC Management ASSIGNS ALL BOOTHS! You will be asked to provide three organizations by which you do NOT want to be placed. Show Management will make every effort to accommodate your requests but can not guarantee your requests.

10’x10’ Exhibit Space ($3,300 New Exhibitor / $2,900 Returning Exhibitor)
Booth size is 100 sq. ft. (10’ x 10’). Includes back wall, side walls, floor cling & directory listing. Includes 2 full conference registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth.
Note : Booth Furnishings are not included. These must be ordered separately.
6’ Table Top Exhibit ($1,995 Per Table)
Includes a 6’ draped and skirted table, 2 chairs and wastebasket. Includes 1 full conference registration.
Note : Displays are limited to tabletop pop-up displays only. No floor supported displays are allowed
Outdoor Large Display ($1,000 Per Vehicle / Display)
With the purchase of a 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth or a 6’ tabletop display, large product display space is available outside of the meeting rooms and exhibit hall. A hard-panel sign with logo will be placed next to your exhibit.
